For the last three decades, David Forrest Atkins of Columbia, Missouri, has driven business strategy and organization at Alexander Forrest Investments (AFI), LLC, a real estate services provider based in Columbia, Missouri, and active in 25 additional states. As chief executive officer of Alexander Forrest Investments, David Atkins emphasizes efficiency and the optimization of supply chain management processes. He has effectively blended these skills while developing a centralized supply chain approach to the apartment complex marketplace.

He gained additional executive leadership experience in 2005 as one of the founders of Agents National Title Insurance, America’s first title insurance provider issuing title policies exclusively via the Internet. The executive management team that he assembled at Agents National is still active today.

Beyond his professional activities in the real estate industry, Mr. Atkins enjoys landscaping and vintage cars. Over the last few years, he has planted a new fruit and nut orchard and spends time playing the guitar. Other interests range from woodworking to leading a healthy lifestyle.
